Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return window, which means you have 14 days after your order is delivered to request a return.
We gladly accept returns on current-season merchandise for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in the same salable condition you received it

Have all original tags attached
-
Be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged

Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Please note that once an order is placed, it is immediately shipped, and no refunds are available at that time. Refunds can only be issued if the item is damaged or returned (after being approved). Unfortunately, an order cannot be reversed due to unauthorized transactions since the package is shipped right away. All chargebacks due to unauthorized transactions are final and cannot be reversed.
Sale Items & Promotions

Sale items (marked down merchandise) are final sale and non-returnable.

Gift cards are non-returnable.

Limited-time sale and temporary promotions using a discount code of less than 30% off are eligible for a full refund or exchange, provided all other return conditions are met.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t seen it, please contact us at help@meridianboutique.com.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email us at help@meridianboutique.com with your order number and item details.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return by Mail
We recommend shipping your return via a traceable, insured carrier. Meridian Ltd. is not liable for lost or damaged return packages.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us right away if:

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to:

Request a return for the item you have; and

Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.
As above, your item must be:
