10 Things Our New GM Gianna Can’t Do Without

In looking back at all the great moments that happened for Meridian this summer, we’d be remiss to introduce one of our newest faces. Gianna joined our team as our new General Manager earlier this summer, and she’s brought a unique eye and bright spirit to the team that we can’t believe we ever did without.

Gianna, her husband, Landon, and their pup, Ellie, moved to Bozeman just a few months ago from Denver (and before that, Scottsdale). They’ve been spending their free time in all the great outdoors Montana has to offer, and Gianna’s been spending her working hours with us, where she’s dived into connecting with our community.

When asked how to describe her personal style, she says, “As I head into my thirties, I've been working on updating my sense of style. I recently did Allison Bornstein’s ‘three words’ exercise. Mine are simple, alpine, and backyard — admittedly very unique words, but I try to stick to these when styling my wardrobe. Basically, I strive to go from gardening in the yard by day to happy hour at my favorite village spot by night.”

Here’s Gianna’s list of 10 things she can’t do without, including her latest favorite Meridian purchase and a favorite Bozeman spot. And don’t forget to say hi when you stop in!

  1. Sourdough Starter Bought this starter back in Spring of 2022. I use it almost weekly. Truly nothing like fresh baked bread!
  2. Salt & Stone Bath Wash If you want your routine to feel like you're at a spa, add this to your shower.
  3. The Well Juicery living walking distance to the Well has been dangerous! Dog walks to grab a morning smoothie or a post hike acai bowl has been a twice a week tradition this summer.
  4. 10 oz Yeti Tumbler Received as a secret santa gift a few years back & it is the perfect size for a small cup of coffee! Keeps me from getting caffeine jitters with the smaller size.
  5. Sunday Riley Vitamin C Serum True skincare gold. Nothing has brightened my skin more perfectly
  6. Foldable Wooden Chairs easy portable chairs that are all natural (no plastic!) Use these for porch hangs and even fold them up for lunch in the mountains after a hike (perfect for Hyalite water views)
  7. Darn Tough Socks I have probably 15 pairs. They are my favorite year-round sock for every day, trail running, hiking, skiing, etc. Made in America <3 & truly last forever
  8. Lauren Manoogian Poncho my newest Meridian obsession (Thank you Haley ;) ). The coziest outer layer for the fall!
  9. Vintage Frye Cavalry Boots Casual to dressed up. Summer to Winter. Rain or shine. These boots are my go-to
  10. Bose Speaker Always playing music around the house. I bring this speaker everywhere. Easy to pack for every trip, bring it outside or play from room to room in the house.
